Monthly Bill Prices

 

All services have a 2500 gallon minimum charge. Minimum charges are as follow:

 

Water: $24.09

 

Sewer (metered): $59.73 ($5.66 per thousand after 1st 2500 Gal)

 

Sewer (Unmetered): $73.66

 

Water & Sewer: $73.66 minimum

 

Late Fees: Water $1.00

                  Sewer is 10% of that month’s bill

 

ALL BILLS ARE DUE ON THE 5TH OF EVERY MONTH!

 

If your water bill is more than 30 days late, you will receive a shut off notice. If your water is shut off due to non-payment, there is a $25.00 charge to turn it back on. We cannot turn your water back on until the bill is paid in full.
